Remove fixups for context from texlive source on next source update

At the moment we build texlive source with a minimal fix to let context (mkiv) work. I had been considering writing a hint to allow context users to install luametatex which is the current version and what is shipped in the binary.

I have now created a test file to use OTF and TTF fonts in context to try to understand what is available, but while with mkiv my test file fits on a single page (as intended), with luametatex it occupies two pages.

That sort of change makes me severely disinclined to use context.

I'm just about to post to blfs-dev and blfs-support asking (again) if anybody who installs texlive from source actually uses context.

If nobody replies, I intend to remove the workarounds for mkiv whenever texlive source is next updated (might be soon, might not be until next year).

I've asked on tldistro, a reply from Karl says serious context users mainly use context's own distribution ("minimals") rather than TL or (even less likely) a distro version.

I had suspected I might have to review my luatex patch, but it seems that the issue I have been having with lualatex is specific to the UnDotum font - using it for my ABOUT.tex documentation causes lualatex to crash with:

but replacing it by (Baekmuk) Dotum or Noto Sans CJK KR works fine. I documented a failure in lualatex with a japanese font in 2015, I now think this issue is font-specific (xelatex works, I'm reverting to that). So, no expectation of when TL will need to be updated.

But if there is no feedback I'd like to add a Note for 12.0 that context will be discontinued in BLFS.

TL 2024 is expected to be released on 13th March

Assuming that the binaries are updated for context, we probably need notes in either the binary or the source about this.
