New minor version

I'd like for this to make it in 12.0, but I'm OK if it doesn't. The reason behind why I want it in 12.0 is because of the UI fixes as well as the security fixes from Firefox. ​https://www.thunderbird.net/en-US/thunderbird/115.2.0/releasenotes/
