The build space on an unoptimized 12.0 system is now 292 MB, plus 5 MB installed.

The tests, however, add 139 MB.

test results on unoptimized haswell and optimized zen2 both are: 

Passed:             69982
Failed:             0
Failed with core:   0
ASan failures:      0
Unknown status:     2
TinderboxPrint:Unknown: 2

I'm inclined to keep the book's SBU measurements because my haswell has slow memory and my zen2 is optimized - FWIW the tests took 29 SBU on the haswell and 13 SBU on the zen2.
