That's a development release. Stable on Wireshark's site is still 4.0.8

Do we really want to upgrade?

Waiting on 4.2 for the next stable version is definitely going to be the right move, though we should keep an eye out for 4.0 series releases (see ​https://www.wireshark.org/lists/wireshark-announce/202308/msg00002.html)

I think the best approach is going to be adjusting the currency script to only look for even versions of Wireshark, and then closing this as wontfix.
