A number of fixes for the build system:

sane-backends-1.2.1.tar.gz has been uploaded to anduin. Upstream still has MD5SUMs embedded into their URLs

Fixed at 437f2d713343e919202d1c6515a7bc4cb4845e1d

That update was a bit more involved than I was expecting, but it seems to work well.
