I really hope they fixed the Arrow Lake and Meteor lake build issues, especially since we're weeks away from the meteor lake launch

Nope... they haven't fixed building without -DMTL=off -DARL=off. I'll add a note about it this time

Errors out with IGFX_ARROWLAKE was not declared in this scope
