poppler.freedesktop.org now returns 502 Bad Gateway.

Release 23.10.0:

core:

  • cairo: update type 3 fonts for cairo 1.18 api
  • Fix crash on malformed files

build system:

  • Make a few more dependencies soft-mandatory
  • Add more supported gnupg releases
  • Check if linker supports version scripts

We need -DENABLE_QT6=OFF (because Qt6 is not in BLFS), and -DENABLE_QT5=OFF if Qt5 is not installed.
