Wouldn't it be easier to just add File::FcntlLock to the book?

I don't think I saw any dependencies that we don't already have.

Yes, we need it anyway. Will add it, there are no dependencies. Have already tested it with the module, builds and runs fine.

exim 4.97 introduces a new dependency on perl File::FcntlLock, for a new utility exim_id_update. I have created a patch and am waiting for confrmation that this is ok.
