To whoever doing this: please test if Firefox builds and plays video fine with the updated ffmpeg.

Tested here and no issues building or playing videos.

Yup I just tested it too, I can play livestreams and video and firefox builds fine

Just a note, I don't know whether it's a Youtube thing, but for me Youtube videos will play fine even with FFMpeg disabled in firefox, but Livestreams never play with ffmpeg disabled. So I feel like testing live streams would be better than "testing video playback" in the future.
