I agree. Unless someone wants to build 1001 media libs or has already done it, it's not worth it right now.

As was discussed on BLFS-Dev, it was determined this package could be safely updated for the upcoming release. Updated BLFS to Avifile-0.7.45.

I would make this package update for after 6.2. Multimedia libraries take a long time to test (so many things can utilize them), and I'm not sure this version is in any production Linux distro. It is devel in Paldo.
