Replying to Douglas R. Reno:
All six of these no longer have references to -lpth in their logs either, so this package should be good to go :)
For libgcrypt pth is said to be needed for building some experimental daemon (I cannot remember the name) provided by this libgcrypt. But it seems the daemon has been "experimental" and not enabled by default configuration for decades :).
