GNOME Tweaks 46.beta upgrades Tweaks to GTK 4 and libadwaita. The GTK 4 port
has been a long-running migration driven by two amazing contributors:
Ezike Ebuka and  Maximiliano Sandoval R.

GNOME Tweaks now depends on GTK 4, libadwaita, gsettings-desktop-schemas,
and libgudev

* Contributions:
  - !53 Search for shell themes in default gnome-shell theme dir (Carlo Lobrano)
  - !94 Support selecting an accel profile for touchpads (Evan Goode)
  - !110 Remove overamplification option (Automeris naranja)

GNOME Tweaks 46.0 is the first stable release of Tweaks to use GTK 4 and libadwaita. The
