html5lib is also referred by test suites of sphinx and sphinxcontrib-htmlhelp. We should change the <ulink>s to <xref>s when we add it, and remove it from the pip3 install commands (it looks like we'll be able to test sphinxcontrib-htmlhelp w/o python3 -m venv at all with system html5lib).
