Xorg developer Alan Coopersmith has announced:

X.Org stopped maintaining our fork and encourages use of Thomas Dickey's from http://invisible-island.net/luit/ instead.

This will be a bit tricky to add to the xorg-apps page. A new page just for this package is probably needed.
