  • libhandy-1 is used as a new dependency (for dark style preference handling).
  • Replace _TEPL_EXTERN custom macro by G_MODULE_EXPORT.
  • New APIs: see the API docs.

There is a build dependency: Run-time dependency libgedit-gtksourceview-300 found: NO (tried cmake)

../meson.build:24:2: ERROR: Dependency lookup for libgedit-gtksourceview-300 with method 'pkgconfig' failed: Invalid version, need 'libgedit-gtksourceview-300' >= 299.1.0 found '299.0.4'.

but version 299.0.4 is the latest stable version of libgedit-gtksourceview at ​https://gedit-technology.net/tarballs/libgedit-gtksourceview/. There is version libgedit-gtksourceview-299.1.0.tar.xz at ​https://github.com/gedit-technology/libgedit-gtksourceview/releases (February 15) so it looks like we need to add a separate ticket for that and change the url location and currency,
