46.0 looks to be the same as 46.beta

This is a problem. Everything is in JPEG-XL format. We do not carry libjxl at the moment to support that, but it can be used in imlib2, ImageMagick, kf6 (kimageformats), and WebKitGTK - and would remove a derivation from upstream defaults in WebKitGTK if we add it. According to Arch it's needed for this package, and can also be used by GIMP and ffmpeg.

The package addition for libjxl still needs to be done, will do that tomorrow
