vinagre is a deathware and in GNOME 46.0 gnome-connections provides the VNC client functionality.

This package needs FreeRDP as well. I've got a good set of build commands going for that which installs both the client and server sides of FreeRDP. I'll try to get this and FreeRDP in today.
