Description
New minor version. Firefox will be updated to ESR 128 (note that doing so is necessary because the video playback in ESR 115 is broken by latest ffmpeg) but js will still be 115 in 12.2.

The only change in the js directory is fixing https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1901411 (not public yet, but not mentioned as a security issue in the release note either).
