Fix translations not being correctly picked up.
Fix bug where cards don't go away when unplugged.
Fix app naming in desktop file (Volume Control).
Fix Bluetooth codec selection alignment.
Update Swedish translation.

I am unable to download this tarball securely, so I've submitted a report to upstream. The SSL certificate is invalid.
