Version increment. Only obvious change to the instructions I can see (so far) is that the print_fix patch is no longer needed.

The other change is that the jdk patch needs to be modified. There are a couple parts of the patch that have now been applied to the source code. There are a couple more areas, the last 3 or so diffs in that patch, which no longer apply but I can't really tell if it would be best to leave it as-is in the source. Those diffs change variable names of "enum" to "uenum", but the source now uses "enumerate". I've attached an updated jdk patch with the parts that no longer apply removed.
