If you have time that would be helpful and prevent me making more typos in the book.

Meanwhile, I noticed the comment that Nimbus Sans L could be used for sans-serif after Luxi and noticed my own nimbus sans font calls itself 'Nimbus SanL' which does not match. Long story short - it is GPL ex URW from Ghostscript, but I had picked up an old Russian version where Cyrillic was added in 2001. I've now found a recent correctly named version which apparently includes Cyrillic, so yet another thing to revise on my new site.
