Description
Version increment to 2.10.0
Though it is claimed to be binary and source compatable with 2.10.x, we should really be careful. If it is determined that this version should go in before BLFS-6.2, a full BLFS build (including GNOME, KDE and Mozilla products at a minimum) should be test before updating.

Yes, with all the changes going on and one damn package at 2.10 and the other at 2.8, with updates continuing in this staggered fashion, it makes cut and pasting hard. Boy, hate to think what folks think of my Cairo ticket, prolly makes no sense at all. :-)
The update for GTK is claimed to be compatible with the GTK+ 2.8.x versions.

BTW: Gtk+ 2.10.0 build requires unstable Pango 1.13.0. This is fixed for Gtk+ 2.10.1, which hasn't been released yet, though.

Updated BLFS to GTK+-2.10.11
That description is confusing. This is GTK+-2.10.0, "claimed to be binary and source compatible with 2.10.x". Do you mean glib 2.10.x, or something else?
