Security bug fix release. Early release of 2.1.0 to fix CVE-2024-47076.

    cfGetPrinterAttributes5(): Validate response attributes before return
    The IPP print destination which we are querying can be corrupted or forged, so 
validate the response to strenghten security. Fixes CVE-2024-47076.

    Include cupsfilters/testfilters.sh in release tarball
    check_SCRIPTS is not automatically included, has to be added to EXTRA_DIST.

No need for an SA here, we'll just update SA-12.2-022
