Summary: qemu-9.1.1 → qemu-9.1.1 (Hold for full upstream release)

It looks like upstream has not really released this version yet. The 9.1.1 version is available at ​https://gitlab.com/qemu-project/qemu/-/archive/v9.1.1/qemu-v9.1.1.tar.bz2 but the home page at ​https://www.qemu.org/ does not mention it. We normally want the xz version at ​https://download.qemu.org/ but it is not there yet.

Also the changes are generally at ​https://wiki.qemu.org/ChangeLog/ but point versions do not get entries anyway.

Will wait for this until version 9.1.1 is listed on the home page.
