Version increment to 1.2.0
Though it is claimed to be binary and source compatable with 2.10.x, we should really be careful. If it is determined that this version should go in before BLFS-6.2, a full BLFS build (including GNOME, KDE and Mozilla products at a minimum) should be test before updating.

I have tested this package for over a month now and it seems that *everything* works as it is supposed to. I feel comfortable releasing BLFS-6.2 with this version of cairo.
