Description
The instructions for kdebase should mention that PCI Utilities is a needed runtime dependency. Specifically, the KDE Info Center uses lspci for it's "pci" info section.

This is a run-time dependency and will be added when the update to kde 3.5.6 is made.

Added runtime dependency section to kdebase in revision 6511.
