It seems the only js change is https://hg.mozilla.org/releases/mozilla-esr128/rev/0a63d2eb669e570fa2d5bb59a3c078f288e415e5. The linked bug report is still confidential, maybe a security issue.

Bug is no longer confidential: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1928407

The people in the thread note that it probably doesn't lead to any security issues.

With Python-3.13.1 the build fails immediately at start of mach with an error like

'/usr/lib/python3.13/site-packages' is not in the subpath of
  '/sources/browsers/firefox-128.5.2/mozbuild/srcdirs/firefox-128.5.2-42a6a2cdd37d/_virtualenvs/build'

This is error is not specific to 128.5.2, 128.5.1 shows the effect, too. It has something to do with the Python version.

There is a patch from Mozilla at https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/autoland/rev/b0dbc944fb7b

I reported this a couple weeks ago in the python-3.13.1 ticket: https://wiki.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/ticket/20750#comment:3. The patch is also needed for thunderbird.

There were a variety of changes put in that didn't make it into the release notes as well. None of them seem to be security related though which is nice
