'shared-mime-info' is required for a evince to be usefull. (Can't open files without mime-database)

Noted in the Evince instructions that shared-mime-info is a run-time requirement.

Shared-mime-info is apparently just a run-time dependency, but I will check to ensure it is not compile-time. Either way, I'll make sure that it is appropriately mentioned.
