    Fixed AV1 decoding corruption when given invalid refrence frame.
    Fixed AVC decoding hang issue when output surface buffer is insufficient.
    Fixed AV1 BRC encoding mismatch issue by correcting frame type.
    Fixed AV1 muiti-tile group BRC encoding issue.
    Fixed AV1 encoding MB coded buffer page fault issue.
    Added AV1 encoding ARGB support.
