We need to check if this is valid. Current is 11.4.5 so a jump of 4 in the minor version is unusual.

11.8.1 is still the release candidate for the newest LTS. However, we have had new 11.4 releases in the meantime that we should upgrade to. I'll file a separate ticket for that

However 11.8.1 is a release candidate, so we'll need to wait for general availability.
