Release icewm-3.7.1

Fixes

  • Fix the broken ModSuperIsCtrlAlt.
  • Fix the parsing of the toolbar configuration file.
  • Fix the parsing of desktop files which have carriage-returns.
  • Improve focusing xterms by first updating our server time.

Changes

  • Avoid stray Return key-release events from the addressbar.
  • Let QuickSwitch select the proper client tab, before activating a frame.
  • Link against NLS libs for icewm-menu-fdo.
