But the version number in ./x/installing/libinput.xml was not updated. I do not recall why it's not in package.ent, but I think all the drivers are that way.

Updated in d2a5753289c1707da4db8e0e18f4a6d98fb69033. For some reason it slipped my mind. Realized that the only reason why a ticket would be created is if the version wasn't already in the book. Double-checked and that was the case. In my books, I put every package version in packages.ent, so it makes it a bit harder to remember to edit the version here.
