qrencode currency and package rename

Description
It looks like qrencode has moved to github. The original site does not have an English page.
https://github.com/fukuchi/libqrencode
The filename is now libqrencode-4.1.1.tar.gz and is dated Sept 2020. There have not been any commits since then.
The build procedure requires running autogen.sh, but otherwise is unchanged. The installed files appear to be the same.

Renamed the page libqrencode and made the adjustments to make the instructions and naming consistent.
