You can see the changes here:
http://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9/9.3.2-P1/9.3.2-P1
One security and one bug fix. This should go straight in assuming bind-9.3.2 was fine already.

Summary: | BIND-9.3.2-P1 → BIND-9.3.3 |
Current version has changed to 9.3.3.
There is a 9.4.0rc1. Looking at http://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind9/, it was released on 19 Dec 2006. For 9.3.3, the history was:
9.3.3/ 09-Dec-2006 00:33
9.3.3b1/ 20-Jun-2006 03:18
9.3.3rc1/ 16-Aug-2006 23:50
9.3.3rc2/ 05-Sep-2006 14:26
9.3.3rc3/ 02-Nov-2006 00:42
If a similar patter holds, we can expect 9.4.0 around March or April. I'll go ahead and update this now.
This seems to be important because it patches two vulnerabilities in 9.3.2. See here:
http://www.isc.org/sw/bind/bind9.3.php#security
That link might not work due to some Javascripting, but the two vulnerabilities are CVE-2006-4095 and CVE-2006-4096. I haven't checked, but I'm fairly sure that the 9.3.2-P1 release just patches these two issues. Update should be straightforward.
