A lot of it is dedicated to CIs, but those that aren't are:

• * src/ne_uri.c (ne_uri_parse): Restrict the maximum allowed port to 65535, parse the port number directly rather than via atoi().
• Add wrapper for strtoul(,,16) for safely parsing hex strings
• Add Makefile target to produce and re-embed character lookup tables.
• Fix ne_move() to submit lock tokens for the parent collection of the source resource if it is locked with depth 0.
• Fix regression in parsing <status> in 207 responses with an omitted (empty) reason-phrase
• Revert "Add wrapper for strtoul(,,16) for safely parsing hex strings"
• Prepare for 0.34.1.
• * po/: Regenerate.
• Finalize 0.34.1.
