Version increment to 2.16.0

​http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/gnome/sources/libwnck/2.16/

Unless this version is known to work with GNOME-2.14.3, we should probably hold off on this update until after BLFS-6.2 is released. Marking it as future, but feel free to change to 6.2 and update it if it has been tested against GNOME-2.14.3.

I'll give it a try with gnome-2.14.2, although it requires intltool 0.35.0, which ... :).

Maybe we should try for gnome-2.16.0. It is a pretty easy build, and yes, it is a lot of editing. 

gnome-icon-theme requires icon-naming-utils which requires perl module XML::Simple.
gnome-session requires control-panel, move it down the list.
control-panel requires dbus/hal, current book versions OK, 
yelp requires firefox or thunderbird, seamonkey rejected.

Otherwise, t installs and runs very well with current instructions.
