If they're keeping it confidential it's either a commit to add support for an unreleased product or a security fix.

I'll take this ticket as it is now. I will pay attention to see if any news comes out about the confidential issues. If security vulnerabilities are documented, I'll issue an SA. But as of now, there are none that need documenting.
