Version increment to 3.0

Care must be taken if this update is performed before BLFS-6.2 is released. Please ensure that it works with GNOME-2.14.3. Marking it as future. According to the release sources list, this package is no longer required by GNOME as of 2.16.0, therefore there really doen't appear to be a real need to update before BLFS-6.2
