Description

The book says 

USE_SYSTEM_GLUT := no # need freeglut2-art fork

but I cannot see any reference to "freeglut2-art" anywhere. And gentoo uses the system freeglut.

Also for lcms the book says 

USE_SYSTEM_LCMS2 := no # need lcms2-art fork

but the upstream code says 

USE_SYSTEM_LCMS2 := no # lcms2mt is strongly preferred

and I guess we should sync this comment.
