New minor version
This version appears to have come out in October of last year.
Plasma needs it on new installations as otherwise it will return the following error when the Welcome wizard comes up:
qrc:/qt/qml/org/kde/plasma/welcome/Welcome.qml:43 FormCard.AboutKDEPage is not a type
https://carlschwan.eu/2024/10/10/kirigami-addons-1.5/ has some notes, but here's the part that seems to be the most important:
"Finally FormCard.AboutKDE was renamed to FormCard.AboutKDEPage. This improve the naming consistency with other page compoenents. A compatibility wrapper on top of AboutKDEPage named AboutKDE is still available to not break any existing applications."

Fixed currency for kirigami-addons and pulseaudio-qt.
After updating kirigami-addons to 1.5.0 on my system, the Welcome Center now works correctly :)
It can be tested without a new user by just opening the Welcome Center
