Description
New point version
When we fixed the URL for downloading the certificates in make-ca-1.16, we forgot to update /etc/make-ca/make-ca.conf.dist - which some users might use.
I got a private report from Andrew K. from AVS ISP about this problem which I investigated and have cut a new release for.
