Description
New bugfix release. Going label the milestone as 99-waiting, although I don't know how long we will wait this time around.

Moving back to 12.4. The release fixes an instant crash when upgrading to 25.1.2 for Radeon GPUs. So the current version in the book is broken. That fix is the only fix in the release. The drivers affected are RADV and RadeonSI.
As such, I will immediately work on this.
