A couple of things came up while I was doing initial investigation on this one (​https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/yelp/-/issues/226):

  • The tarball for yelp-42.3, which is supposed to go alongside this, isn't on download.gnome.org
  • yelp-xsl-42.4 is a replacement release for yelp-xsl-42.3, but the NEWS file was unchanged

I will update the existing security advisory to point towards these updates.

SA-12.3-020 issued to include details about using yelp-xsl-42.4 and yelp-42.3 instead of using the patches.
