Oops, just discovered the gcc-15 fix for the test suite is still needed, or the test breaks out early and some failures are hidden.
The gcc-15 issue will be fixed in 1.89: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/pull/141684

Fixed for trunk. Tested building librsvg and firefox with them.
