Surprisingly the CMake 4 workaround is no longer needed for intel-gmmlib, but it's still needed for intel-media-driver.

I did have to pass -DMEDIA_BUILD_FATAL_WARNINGS=OFF to CMake to work around a build failure, but I looked at other distros and Arch builds with this option.
