Description

New minor version

I got an email from info-gnu saying that this exists, but their cgit link didn't work as the site was returning an HTTP 421 (too many requests).

For whoever does download this one and does the update right now, I wish you nothing but patience... I've been attempting to download it for several minutes now and I might cancel it. For a 53MB file I'm still looking at 10 minutes or so, average download speed up to this point has been 32.1KB/s and it continues stalling. If I can get it to download I will post the release notes in here.
