Description
This is a reminder to follow up. This package has not been released as a stable version since 2010. There have been some git commits as recently as 2018. It builds fine with gcc-14.2,
The issue is how to handle it for BLFS-12.4 with gcc-15.

We can get a latest (as at Aug 18 2025) snapshot at https://gitlab.com/gnu-clisp/clisp/-/archive/f6622093/clisp-f6622093.tar.gz. It builds and tests fine on my system (without the sed against tests.lisp).

The upstream suggests Linux distros to use a Git snapshot at https://gitlab.com/gnu-clisp/clisp/-/issues/50. The reason they don't make a new release is there are more severe issues on non-Linux systems not solved yet...
