Description
Version increment.
Just for info, I checked about 2.4. I can't find a release schedule but the unstable branch was first opened May 2005. The latest release there is 11/23/06. There are 36 open bugs against the 2.4 release.

Updated BLFS to GIMP-2.2.17 and Gimp-Help-0.12
No changes to reflect the Gutenprint/Gimp Print switchover yet.
There's a note in the instructions to use the --datadir switch to configure, though I can't see it does anything at all. I built without it and all files are installed where they are supposed to be, and best as I can tell files that have paths hard-coded in them (.pc, .desktop, .po, etc) all have correct paths.
So, though configure *does* complain about some files not respecting the datarootdir setting, everything still installs correctly (as best as I can tell)
