Description
vlc fails to build with ffmpeg-8. I've back ported the upstream changes so 3.0.21 will now build.

I'm not sure we need both vlc-3.0.21-fedora_ffmpeg7-1.patch and vlc-3.0.21-ffmpeg8-1.patch, but they both apply and the package builds OK.
