For some reason the tarball is named "4.09". I'm not sure what we'd do.
Yes, I saw that. I think it is a typo when they were creating the release. They forgot the period between the 0 and the 9.
The tarball expands to the utfcpp-4.09 directory. It's a bit unusual, but we can handle it. I'm not sure if currency will pick up a new version of 4.0.10 or not. A version 4.1.x would be OK though.
